Wow, they all look stellar, but that PPP just takes the cake for me!
Very Nice!!
Wish I’d have thought to go with Autos/Semi Auto’s… but didn’t realize we had any that qualified for the challenge at that time… Live and learn!!
Hate to say-- that almost looks like a disease like blight or bud-rot???
Hope not-it can spread!
May be as simple as root rot-- these cups can be a problem with that!
Noooo, 100% it’s root death from nute burn. I had imy ppm up to 2200 it was causing huge ph imbalances too. The roots are all brown and dead on those 2 (same strain) … the other 2 (different strain) are doing better. My large green crack even started to get a little tip burn… and they are the hardiest plant I’ve ever grown
Here’s the roots
Got some really pretty buds off them though!
I’m not around enough to properly attend to solo cups… I have trouble keeping up on 5 gallon plants… moving up to 7 gallons… hopefully I can go longer in-between waterings as I’m not home much between work and extracurriculars.
YOU MADMAN!!!
Eye candy, babies on board.
Hopefully soon I can get an outside real light picture of this Beauty Queen.I’m not sure why the macro setting filters out this way.
Mine does too, I have no clue how to take proper pics or how to use filters or any of that, but some pics I take look vibrant and some look more yellowy/earthy toney, lol

…me using the camera
PSA: A phone is a communication device that has the added feature of being a camera.
Look at your camera software. You may need to get into the settings and tweak per-lighting type in your tents. When I’m taking macro using my Samsung I always make sure the flash is on. It’s colour temperature is set for the sensor so the led blasting your trichs will show truer colours.
Another option is to colour grade your photos after taking them to balance out the colour temperature using the eyedropper tool + finding a white or grey reference point.
Whaaaaaaaat… since when
All sarcasm aside, thanks for the tips, I’ll have a look tomorrow after noon after my after graveyard shift nap! I never though of adjusting after I take the photo. Sometimes I’ll hold my camera (phone ) away from the lights, behind me, then quickly move the camera to the plants and snap a shot before the colour adjusts I can be such a simp sometimes
I can’t help it working in a media center hearing all kinds of things. YES you can use a phone to do A LOT, but like anything that has limitations the skillz of the user makes up for the lacking of the tool.
Colour balancing can be as simple as just making sure you have a white card in the back of your tent as the reference point. You can also aim your camera at this card and have it “auto correct” for colour temperature. You’ll see a # read out somewhere between 3200-6500K, if you take note of this # you could (if the software allows) set your camera for this colour temperature so anything under the lights will now look as “normal” to the human eye.
I cannot turn the flash on permanently on my Samsung phone my options are off or Auto there is no on option
It does stay on when you use the macro setting. At least it does on my Galaxy A52 and my partners Galaxy A53.
Where is this?
I think macro is zoomed in. My phone chooses a dofferent lens when I zoom in, the macro lens, but I think any zoomed in, closeup photo is technically a macro pic… I could be very wrong though
Yup, this how I feel.
And now the following comment(s) by @Pigeonman have made me feel like I’m from outer space, lol. Technologically challenged here.
Ya gotta use small words and speak slower!
I should enter my HEMP CBD plant next time lol
mine would have been close to 4ft in the solo lol
