This morning:
Most excellent!! I am happy for you bro. Do I need to send an address for some of that? lol
Really though, Good on you bro!
this hits close to home for me
Just this morning?
How am I like 10 years older and don’t complain about pain nearly as much. I’ve abused my body with racing, broken bones, dislocated joints, more stitches than I can remember. Worked in the field tossing rocks and gravel or trees around for the last 12 or 13 years now…
You kids are getting soft
Hell, even Johnny don’t complain as much and he has legit reason to complain!!! lol
Yet this is the first I’m mentioning that my left kneecap has a “patellar tracking disorder”, which is fancy science speak for “your kneecap goes wherever the fuck it wants whenever the fuck it wants”. I believe I did mention dragging tarps full of leaves until 8 at night a few times recently though
Compression fracture of the L2 vertebrae for me. But it doesn’t seem as bad as a kneecap with a mind of its own. Unsubscribe to that shit my friend
@JohnnyPotseed i hope your ok. I seen where you fell. I hope all is well.
I was in a car wreck where a lady ran a stop sign. Even after years of physical therapy it’s never been normal. Some days are better, so no, not just this morning, but many mornings. 🤷
Good Morning OG!
morning. we meet again, lol.
I think I have the DIY Octopot system I want to try all worked out now. Especially thanks to ideas/tips put out here by @CADMAN, @Floyd & a couple others. We need to start a ‘brain-pool’ oh wait I think they already have those lol called a think-tank’
i only do soil but i would love to try out a system from https://cch2o.com/ talk about going beast mode.
Soil is all I do also, I’ve experimented with hydro a few times, but soil is my thing! Now with this hybrid it looks to be the best of both combined.
Check out @Pigeonman ΩPot @JohnnyPotseed
Hybrid DWC & Wayyyy cheaper to build.
I’m gonna build one for sure.
Good Morning Mr.Johnny and OGers!
Morning @JohnnyPotseed!! Morning everyone!!
Morning everyone!
That’s what they call that. I’ve had this since I was young. My dad taught me how to put kneecap back on track. Mine rolls to side of leg. Outside is better than inside. Rolling inside does more damage. Sucks. I know. You know when it hops out you got to grab the cap with your fingertips and hold it up as you straighten your leg. Then it resets back center but if you don’t hold it up it tears everything in it’s path going back in place. First time it happened I thought I’d never walk again.
What’s funny is when I read this I was like damn better my knee than a spinal fracture
Sorry to hear it man. That shit drives me nuts when someone has to pay the rest of their lives for someone else’s mistake. I know a woman who was in a bad accident and ended up having a cadaver bone in her spine after years of pain and surgeries, was finally as normal as she was getting- took her kid to Disney and some obese of shit on a motor scooter rammed their Rascal into her Achilles tendon hard enough to sever it. Best part is Slobby McCrashcart just oozed back into the crowd and didn’t even have any consequences, while the woman and her daughter got to spend the rest of her Disney dream trip in a hospital and hotel room just wanting to go home.
Definitely interested to see what you came up with and how it works for you!
Yeah it’s crazy how you can get used to something like this. First few times are horrifying and then at some point it’s just part of your day. I’ve done lubricating shots, steroids, pt, pain pills for almost a decade. It’s very rare I would have to apply force with my hand to get it back in, I’ve learned which muscles I need to contract and turn my foot with that I can generally click it back without touching it.
Morning OG!
