I might end up having to sell this place to get her better…She’s in that dark spot between the age she can get Medicare and not qualifying for Medicaid. Insurance Companies want 2k/month to insure her and even then say those existing conditions would disqualify her a lot.
That 2k/month is even remotely possible due to ObamaCare, but it might as well be a million. Can’t do it…nope.

Yeah me neither cuz. I don’t hold with much of that religious stuff either.
‘Prayers’ are nice and ‘feel-good’ stuff, etc…but they don’t fix a medical problem with miracles. Sorry but that’s just how I feel.
You get as much from them as tossing a coin into a wishing well lol

It’s funny how a person’s situation can change almost overnight lol I was all set here to not have a worry for the rest of my life. Land/house paid for outright, good dependable vehicle paid for. No bills other than the regular monthly shit.
Now I’m on the verge of selling this place for the money needed to get her fixed up. Be homeless, but F’it, it’s worth it to see her in good shape.There’s no chance of help from any family of either side …
Younger me would roll with the punches and keep on scrambling n scuffling to get things together. Older me isn’t able. AND THAT JUST PISSES ME OFF knowing what I’ve done in my life and the capabilities I had, to knowing I’m F’n helpless pretty much.
