I didn’t invent it (or do it)! 
It’s not sexual, well not inherently anyway. If you got some orally effective drugs, a turkey baster, and the will to think outside the box you can get twice the bang for your buck! When you take something orally the liver does 2 passes on it filtering it. Some industrious (and gross) individuals discovered that if you take your drugs in the other end the liver doesn’t get involved at all so you get all the druggy goodness without paying the liver tax
It would probably work for edibles but I’m not about to find out. Maybe @Nagel420 will let us know. It’s about time he put something in there for science instead of personal gratification
