Got up to almost 60 here today. but it’s gonna be 17 when I get up in the morning! lol with windchill right at zero, or lower!
In other words, lol the bottom is gonna fall out here!

Gorgeous day here today as well. 8 degrees for the low on Monday! WTH! Calling for snow here again. Not like real snow… Texas snow. If it does it’ll be 3 years in a row here.

Just finished up in time to do evening chores. Still have both my feet and toes even. My cousin came over with her 18 yr old son to help get the wood in. I was only able to cut one cord of wood in three hours. That’s sad really.
After that, we closed up the dog shelter better than it was. Gotta take care of my friends. lol
All in all, it was a productive day. And that means it was a good day.

There’s going to be plenty of time to rest later on. Right now, I would be less than what I want to be if I don’t keep doing all that I can. Simple country reasoning I guess…

lol I rest my case! I pretty much feel the same here, I do what I can because it needs to get done! Plenty of time to ‘rest’ when I’m done on this planet…
Not to mention… lol I’m having fun! I know, you might not be having so much ‘fun’ doing chores, but ya gotta giterdun!
So just take it easy, pace yourself, etc ( like I try to do, lol)

You would be wrong in some cases. I love working with the dogs and goats. Actually, if I’m having a bad day I’ll take a moment and go get something done out in the milkers pen. Young goats are such fun to watch and it just makes a guy feel good. lol

Good evening all looks like bad weather tomorrow here as well, grandkids have no school for 2nd time this week. Wish I could afford to lay out if work tomorrow and spend time with them.

Only supposed to be some of that stuff later today, Sunday and Monday. Total of anything from 1" to 6-7" or possibly more, depending on where in this area you are. So far, nada… and I’m good with that! lol
