This is suppose to be are coldest months.
From what is lost in that quagmire of a topic is the concern from higher evaporation rates around the globe. High evap rates allow for more frequent extreme weather events. Faster swings from flood to droughts.
Funny that past couple years they call nearly every weather event a 1 in 100 or 1 and 1000 year storm event.
In our area Tornados were a mythical event. Now we’ve had a couple in the past decade.
