Jones Organic Indoor Journal

I was at least gonna wrap it, nicely sealed in a used Walmart sack, come on!

Edit: this is why I love messing with our brothers to the north. Yall always get left out, and yet can always still laugh about it. Ya’ll are troopers!

I’ve been eyeballing that stuff. I want to make my own, knf style, but I’ve been too busy to get to the lake.

Dude! Thank you so much for this, I was looking for something similar to fishbrew.com as they don’t sell to Cali yet and this looks like it might fit the bill!!! :tada:

Do you think it could be fulvic acid I’ve smelled it this morning it just reminds me of a hydro shop smells kinda like a fertilizer and I know I bought fulvic acid last year they’re in these 2 white bags

Either my olfactory sense is crap or my fulvic acid powder has no smell or lost it with the bag being open. If you look in the bag and its a dark brown or black powder its fulvic acid.

Edit, I would suggest when you buy something with no labelling, write on the packet what it is, so when you want to use it a year later you know what it is

It’s definitely dark brown like the color of coco coir kinda sounds like sand or beads when it spills oh and thanks for the tip lol I really don’t remember ever seeing this stuff weird that it wouldn’t have a label

Is that a buildasoil bag? If so, you could just search buildasoil order in your email and maybe do a process of elimination?

Ah I think I found it it’s from KIS

So are you going to fire up that big tea machine you bought last year and use this

Well you have three choices for the microbe catalyst, top dress the soil, or add to water, or add to a tea, you just have to figure out how much to use. Half a cup for every 5gal of water it says for tea and watering in. Looks similar to the make up of Gaia green bloom mix only slightly lower values. I wonder if I can make tea with my Gaia green, I have 5 gals of kelp tea I made yesterday going on the plants today. I picked up about 7 lbs of it last weekend from the beach.

If it was me, I would add a cup of ewc or compost , half a cup of the microbe catalyst, and a tbs of unsulphered molasses. Then brew for about 36 hours.

I’m pretty sure I bought it to make tea with but I still don’t have any compost that I’ve worked on hopefully I can move this year to a farm been waiting patiently I just don’t want to keep starting projects here I still have some tea brew kits that i never used last year I had to put so many of the bags in it disrupted the whirlpool and wouldn’t vortex properly so I had to empty all the bags in individually but man that made for a heck of a clean up that’s why I only ran it once last year took me hours and an overnight run to get that thing clean again. Never heard of the gaia geen I try to support KIS business as much as I can I like what they’re doing. Now I have some kelp extract powder I picked up last year as well do you just foliar yours or top dress? Been trying to find a foliar fogger or something to help break it down to the correct micron level just nothing small scale yet a lot of it is for greenhouses
