Let’s see those old grow guides and collectibles!

There were only 100 of those spiral bound BOG books made, I’ve been looking for it for years, an image of it that Lemonade Joe posted is actually how I came to be here….
As for the cmi/omi white papers and digest book, it’s a first revised edition, in his description he says it’s one of the first printings limited to 200. Pffft.
Edit: I informed them about the listing error and they did correct it, kudos to them for being honest! :sunglasses:

This is one of my favorite threads on OG. I used to work in a used book store, and the owner also dealt with rare books. From this I had an intro to collecting rare books. I’m not a collector, I just admire and appreciate collections. Anyway, here’s some things I have. Not totally rare or anything, just what I have that I thought could be posted here

Thank you all for the contributions. It’s really fun to see all these

Holy sh!t. That’s the book that set me on a strange path after finding it in one of my father’s stashes at a ridiculously young age.
Thank you for the post, for being a librarian and steward, and for giving me a lead on finding one.
Amazing collection in general, I’ve had a lot of fun going back through it, @buckaroobonsai .
Damn glad to meet you.
Stay up!

That’s what I love about following this thread, these books were out there and even if we don’t have them now we remember seeing them and their impact! My dad didn’t have any weed books that I ever found, despite being a smoker his whole life. I don’t think he had the green thumb for it😛

If it wasn’t for the madness which is eBay global you would have had a lot more of a battle…
Seriously when postage is 30usd on a book that could be put in envelope for less than 10! I bet postage in the us was maybe less than 10?

Hey what to can you do eBay take from sellers, buyers… The used to f*** us with PayPal back in the day… now global is the new scam… sorry I mean “safe way to buy”.

Honestly though I’m a little happy I lost that book… Made me do some research on counter culture book retailers down in that hemisphere… and from there find many a book I didn’t know I needed in my life!

If your interested I will send you a link and maybe you to can have a read/buy about nimbin etc etc.

I saw that one and thought @buckaroobonsai was going to get it unless it was already had. Cool to see these comments. Hope y’all get all the publications you’re seeking to collect! Much love
