My trusty Mars-Hydro Epistar 160 has grown some fine herb over the last couple of years. Three successful grows. I started with a udwc but it failed mid-2nd grow, so I switched to coco & haven’t looked back.
But I always wanted a bit more. I only grow a couple of plants at a time & I like to veg the for 7 - 8 weeks & grow them fairly large.
So . . .
So, I added 4 x the x3 Solstiks. I mounted them on an aluminum 1/2" U channel. They are suspended with a light chain so I can raise & lower all 3 lights independently. And, the Solstiks can all pivot independently so I can direct the lights as I want.
Good work, sounds like you have them pretty adjustable.
Yes. I want to grow some Sativas & so I designed them so I can use them as overheads or for side lighting.
And @Baudelaire shipped them as ‘gifts’ so Canada customs didn’t stomp on the shipment which made them very affordable.
