you can block haft of the flash and test the 2 side of the flash
the first pic it’s nice just last flash and you will get some nice shots

I see your camera is focusing in the center of the pic
the top of the pic is out of focus
so focus just a bit lower and just by for you take the pic
go up 1or2 inch…I do it whit my seedlings my camera
focus on the soil…so just by for I take the pic I go up 1 inch
and the pic is some time perfect
and by sure you are not moving the camera
I don’t use a stand but I keep one elbow on my desk
to by more solid and some time I stop breading for 10 pics
and I’m looking for air after… 
I smoke one and everything go back to normal

Raining hard today I think cutting the PPxSBF tonight
and the rains it’s not finish I see 2 more days
but I did not see any mold on my plants
what do you think is the best to do…
