@Baltimore Woah now hahaha, you know its a lot easier for us to read if you take a breather every now and then  your excited and stoked, thats sweet as we all should be, and heck we all share as we go along but no need to do it all in one go, this way it builds up a relationship over time, leaves stuff to talk about later, or i guess your approach hahaha anyways cool… I’ll share though i grew up tinkering and building any project that interested me or that helped out my fathers own projects, learnt and still learn a lot…

Roots already coming out sides. They say got to trim soon as they come out. Thats why i didnt try hydro. Constant trimming coming youre way.the roots never stay contained. And root pruning can easily be fatal. I see trimming every few days on these hydro deals and the stress is gonna be the factor.

Yeah theyre still alive. I lost the one but these 2are good to go.

The only time I ever trim roots is when I re-pot in soil or coco and I have left it too long. Otherwise in all my hydro DWC setups it’s do whatever possible to build a root ball as big as possible. No trimming ever.

True but that leads to a root mass outside the cup usually. They said if roots come out cup they have to be trimmed. Or everyone be running a 16ozplug with 5gal of root free in water. Im gonna have issues in soil with roots coming out. Trimming em isnt gonna be fun

Dude… I just went back through the post and saw your razor-sharp roots stabbing through the pots in the background! Them mama’s are jammin! Nice

100% not a single root can get outside the 16oz cup. The challenge is the whole reason for doing it IMHO. No point if you bend the rules bro

All of the ones I’ll be able to use are just peeking their heads this morning… I started them in smaller seeds starters and will put in a cup today probably. I was having germination problems and decided to go back to the old way.

The only one I planted in a cup is still stuck in time. It had a couple of issues and I can’t tell if it’s done or gonna pull out if. I need to get mine in cups today and get them going. I’ll have to leave them with a friend for a week soon.

Yeah, that is what the fabric pots do. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Mine are looking a lot better now that they are actually getting fed.

Really I think everybody’s on par yours look similar to mine in structure in height. Really quick what strain are you running or multiple strains I should say? You have a lot of experience with autoflowers don’t you? I just want some information because I have a couple Autoflower seeds and one Gorilla Glue Auto that’s blooming at 4 in it just blows my mind. If you have the time and you have any good links on understanding autoflowers I’d appreciate it. If not thanks either way bro
