The first charge for growing Cannabis under Manitoba’s provincial ban has been issued.
Hopefully this will make it’s way all the way to the Supreme Court and result in both Quebec’s and Manitoba’s provincial bans being overturned.

Well I sure hope it goes to court. I didn’t realize the feds backed off on doing it so this would be the alternative.

As long as it goes to court after Pallister is gone as that dick would have us living like Enslinger was in charge.
