I am wondering if starting a medical cannabis co-operative, possibly membership required, would be legal under Canadas new laws. I guess I should ask a lawyer. I’ve heard of coops in vancouver and toronto that have been around for decades and I’m not sure how they work or are run. I’m interested in starting a coop in winnipeg where members could trade their medicines, genetics, and information with each other. Does anyone have experience with these types of organizations?
