I not only use Miracle Grow, I also use cheaper kock-offs of Miracle Grow. Like K-Grow and generic plant food with variable formulas, like 20-20-20, 20-10-10, 0-10-10, etc. Its all basically water soluble fertilizer with different NPK percentages and trace elements. Cannabis plants are pigs, and they will dine on any nutrients that you give them. Actually from my ornamental horticulture notes (I have certificates in horticulture and silviculture), UC Davis studies show that plants take up organic nutrients just the same as they do inorganic nutrients. I prefer using water soluble nutrients because I can control them better and they are very easy to apply. I can also adjust how often to apply these fertilizers and what type to use, based on what the plants tell me that they need, and if they are in acid or alkaline soil. I also use Ironite, a chelated iron in pellet form, and some other slow release fertilizers like Osmocote. I tend to be more inorganic these days, but when I was living in a sheep farm in Southern Oregon, I went organic, as I had literally tons of sheep, goat and alpaca poop. Paca poo -as it is called- was easy to apply in pellet form. But in the end, the plants take up and use these nutrients exactly the same way. Chemically inorganically produced or organically produced, the results are the same.
