She was one of the greenpoint seeds that I started (I have a thread for those genetics too). I had started her in soil, then repotted into the hempy (after weeks finally I had a space to veg her).
She’s starting to take off, really lush and thick foliage.
I’m having the same issue. I think it has something to do with low humidity. I tried alot of different things and humidity was the only thing I couldn’t adjust. I went as far as to stick a bucket of water in there. I read something about leaves not being able to “perspire”. humidity helps.
Hope its a simple fix. Hope you figure it out.
(Its Transpire not Perspire thanks @dequilo) @nefrella you should try your hand at DWC.
Dose humidity come into play with this? Like if its to low the plant can’t transpire correctly.
TRANSPIRES! Ohhhh. Lol thanks @dequilo.
I read that when RH rises the plants transpire rates fall. Increased movement of air can result in higher transpire rates. Whether or not this is the issue?
Could be because of heat stress for having too near the lights, the leaves start tacoing so there’s less superficies exposed to the heat and that way preserves the humidity, gorgeous plants …
My plants grow with out problems that I can see with humidity in the 30s all the time . When ever I’ve seen leaf roll like that it was a nutrient or PH problem . You might need to give them a flush .
I hope it is something simple like heat or PH. In my case it could have been a number of things. It was a low budget grow. Best of luck to you @nefrella.
I go 20/4 in veg, they need at least 4 hours of darkness upon what I read here, unless they’re autos. Spraying in darkness is to avoid the loupe effect that may burn them, but you can play with that wonderful time lapse and see if they react in some way to the mist, I’m curious about that …
