Pure Michigan & I96, D79. I’m taking them down over the next few days.
Only had 1PM female. Did well, the buds are rock solid hard, seems like there will be more weight than what was apparent. Kinda stretchy, but not necessarily in a bad way. No larf and very little final trimming will be necessary, which is kinda nice. I suck at plant pics but here’s a branch to give you an idea of structure. She did get a bit floppy at the end.
The I96, ended up with 5 females. Structure is similar to the PM, but it filled in a lot more, which I’m sure was the goal. The calyx’s are much larger than the PM. A bit more leafy, but not bad by any means.
The devil is in the smoke report. It’ll probably be 45 days or so but I’ll follow up. As far as ease of grow, structure and consistency between all the plants, I’d say “recommended”!
Day 68F Pazskies has come down. She has greasy trichomes that reek of rotting pineapple. Buds are a bit larfy and didn’t get much density, which is a shame but I’ll see how she smokes before I make any further judgements.
14 day hang dry on Pure Michigan and I96. Everything turned out well, yield averaged 4-5oz per plant, one went to 7oz. I’m still trying out various plants but the effects work as intended …. still Recommended!
I know I posted pics of @TestOfOath s Pure Michigan somewhere, but here is as good as anywhere, right? One stinky plant, and one of my favorite smokes. Garlic and diesel.
Effects - This weed hits hard with a great relaxing wave over your body. Perfect for nighttime use or pain relief, it’s a great example of a more “Indica” effect when smoked.
Buds - The buds had a loose structure and were not dense when growing but the greasy trichomes have dried/cured to a very sticky nugs that are more solid than I previously thought. This weed sticks to the grinder, sticks to the bowl, sticks to everything.
Terps - Very pungent smells coming off these buds. She absolutely reeks of rotting fruit punch and sour cherries. One of the stinkiest flowers I’ve grown in a long time and I’m in love with the sour/rotting fruit flavour profile.
Overall - These plants were easy and pretty when growing but not huge yielders or real stand outs until you get to the finished product. It’s not even bearly started curing and it’s already great weed. I really like the smoke and I would run it again for sure.
@BIGJ I ended up getting that hydro system when it was on sale after you recommended it, first purchase through my llc to start building business credit. Just finally got to start running it maybe 2 weeks ago, transplanted seeds a week or so ago and they’re absolutely loving it, ICC #5 S2 on the left 2, Black Cherry Ice Cream Cake on the right 2. Seems REALLY promising so far!

I deeply appreciate your guys’ contributions, more than you know. Truly hope everything you’ve grown from me was at the very least satisfactory, but I absolutely LOVE hearing when people get something they’re impressed with or stands out. If any of you guys would like some more seeds on the house, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
I just finished my ICC #5 S2 fem run with crosses of Tropicana Cherry x ICC #5 (Black Cherry ICC F1), Brawndo x ICC #5 (OW! My Flavors! F1), (very limited amount) Pictured Rocks x ICC #5 (Boston Cooler F1), (all crossed back to ICC #5) Tapi Tapi BX1, Rick James BX1, (smaller amount) Mountain Cream BX1 so there’s those to try along with the rest of my line(s), please feel free to choose if you’d like!
Thank you @TestOfOath for working so much with ICC. It is one of my favorite strains. I still have all of the ones you sent me in the fridge. ICC turns me into a maniac (If i smoke it all the time) so I have not ventured into growing it but I plan on trying to breed it with other strains in the future also to tame its bad vibes. It is such a versatile strain. It can make me feel energetic and creative or slow and drunk.
Just got a notification on this and realized I completely forgot to follow up; she lost the competition for light and root space, but the one bud that came out was excellent potency. Didn’t taste great - kind of a foul taste, certainly nothing like ice cream - but a nice sedative, almost narcotic-like high. Better than your average cookies strain, IMO. I haven’t gotten around to it yet, but this is one I’d grow again and devote a full pot to next time.
Love that description of ICC5 S1 Cormoran!!
I never grew out any cake strains at all, but since TestOfOath sent me a gripe of them, I’m VERY anxious to grow these out now!!
Well mine are S2’s.
Thanks to sharing your thoughts on them!!
