Ah mosquito bits! I forgot I picked that up, thank you for the reminder. I will give your technique a try. Been trying to get some de an mycos but home depot is always out when I look
Am I doing this netting correctly? I’ve got enough for another two levels if my plants ever decide to grow taller
They look great. When they start stretching more you can bend the branches in between the net more and then possibly start another new level if you need it later on. Keep up the good work. And get some gnatrol for the fungus gnats. It works really well.
I’m excited to announce my very first buds are forming!! It’s such a amazing feeling seeing my work pay off
Nice lady parts!!
yayyyy! welcome to the party heather! i agree that it’s such an awesome feeling. great job!
now it’s just another 6-8 weeks of patiently waiting for our babies to finish up. it sort of feels like an exercise in meditation to be able to keep tending to my plants and not try to force them along by overfeeding or over-tending them. it’s like that social experiment with kids where if they didn’t eat the cookies on the table right in front of them but waited ten minutes instead, they would get twice as many cookies.
i just want my cookies!!
i love how your fan seems to perfectly fit within your scrog net.
@highminwin I took a lesson from your book an found odd things to hold my stems down lol I’ve had good luck with those little badge clips for the thinner stems. I’m slowly getting it more filled in looking
I wouldn’t have gotten this far without yours an @ColeLennon knowledge. Everyone in the community is great!
That was @highminwin that tipped ya on those plant bending techniques looks good real good. Peace.
Bending, snapping and tying always stresses me way more than it does my plants, looking good so far!
Something good to have on hand when your buds start bulking are bamboo garden stakes, the net sometimes just doesn’t give enough support when buds get big at least that’s been my experience.
Another cool thing about the garden stakes is they’re great cat toys. I drag the tip of one on the floor gets my cats going like greyhound’s after a robotic rabbit
Lol sorry man I forgot to tag highwin in the beginning. You’ve been just as helpful @ColeLennon
Just paying in forward, others do and have done for me. Peace
looks great young lady.
I think I forgot to update what plants I have left since removing the males. I’ve got unknown stains x2, trex x2(one is outside unsexed), blueberry, ssdd.
Definitely times I didn’t think I would make it to flowering without killing them. They are happy an healthy looking right now. Pops is impressed with my grow, which feels amazing to hear. Things are looking up for us
If we could bottle that feeling. Great to hear
so creative! now that’s what i’m talking about! doesn’t it feel better than buying extra bits and bobs? i wonder if i’ve got any badge clips now, that’s very clever when used with the netting. i used to go to conventions all the time and had a rather large box of badges collected up. but i may have tossed those awhile ago… “why would i ever need these again?!” why indeed?
another two or three weeks and you’ll hopefully be at the boring part of flowering where you get the itch to start your next grow. it’s not a prediction or anything, but i’m just saying… lol!
Oh you’re absolutely correct! I’m already thinking of what seed I wanna pick. I almost started some auto seeds but told myself I have no room
Those badge clips really were one of my best ideas haha I’ve definitely gotta find some more they work so good. I worry less about hurting the stems now
Are you running the ssdd bx from holyangel @Heather420 your plants are looking great just stumbled into your thread
@DesertHeartGardens
Yes they are from holy angel. Thank you much appreciated, hope you will stay
