Love those leaves, and your cloning process looks great. We start other vegetable seeds in eggs shells
Yeah man. These are BIG leaves. I seriously just seen someone on YouTube using an eggshell for starts, I figured why not… I filled it with Worm bin soil & dipped the open flesh of the clone in some dry hormones to give it a kick in the bud.
Those girls are thicc, with two “C’s!”
Ohhh forgot to mention I took the cheese grater and grated up some carrots for the worms 🪱
Your worms eat better than me!
Today I ended up feeding these 3 lady’s some Gaia Green 444 & 284 (Mixed in warm bottled water) then divided by two 500ml bottles and feed all … Only because the 2nd one has some leaf tip things going on and the new growth on the big one is Slightly Lime green…
Big girl (Toped once)
2nd girl (leaf tip issue)
3rd girl (bent the heck outta her)
Only topped the big one, so the other two can catch up in height before they get toped.
Haha today I gave the worm bin, 3 small plants worth of diced up & dried cannabis leaves . Mixed it all In… Gotta make use of the free Nitrogen and other macro nutrients in the leaves.
Unfortunately today the clones look like Shit…
If they don’t make it, it’s ok. I’ll snip more before Flowering.
That’s an odd item to be on anything diet @JustSumTomatoes … Is it experiment to see if the worms will move like the energizer bunny?
My girl said she may have dropped a battery in there by accident, now I’m paranoid to what else might have dropped in the compost basket in the house lol. You ever see that trick where people can supposedly stick two copper rods into the ground, run gator cilps to them, then hook up a car battery to send the worms squirming out of the earth? My grandfather told me it worked, but I never tried it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it had been another one of his “snipe hunting” pranks.
You can stick a rod into the ground and hit it to create vibration that cause the worms to emerge. An old fisherman’s trick @JustSumTomatoes .
It works, something about the worms being attracted to the energy. They think it’s dawn, so they come up. Only works so often from what I hear, the worms get use to it and ignore it? Maybe I remember that but wrong, though.
It works better if you water the ground for awhile first. My great grandpa had a set of cables made for that. He would get bait before we went to the reservoir to catch some trout.
If your looking for a great method for breaking down everything meat included Bokashi is the go.
The Lionhead rabbit can be trained to shit directly in to your worm bins, cute little fuckers too
Those OG are coming along great. I’m stoked to see how that one in the front left corner turns out. Hopefully she’ll clone successfully this time.
UPDATE:
Orange Grove F3
The soil was BONE DRY up to my wrist… I immediately “wetted” the soil with 6 liters of water & got another 8 liters ready (Sucks up water like a sponge)
G Clones —> 1 lived & 1 didn’t…
It’s ok, I only need 1 anyways to Reverse & make a small batch of Seeds.
The “Recycled” Challenge thread (In the KFC containers) have sprouted, I see the tails growing. So its Star Pupil popping up.
