Organic Adventures

Wish I had cannabis updates. Just lots of green leaves :leaves::confused: and I’m sure they are growing …

I did upgrade 10 other plants today…
Used Pro Orchard Mix & Pro Vegetable Soil, in layers. Like this Chocolate Mint plant… Containers are 6x6x7"…

Cannabis related update: The Kush Cake seeds cracked open and have tales starting to emerge.

So with the Kush Cake imma do something slightly  different… Gonna make some “Soiled Hempys” WTF is that?

Well In my crazy mind  this is what I’m thinking & why…

Taking Orchid Mix (the kind you use for catius) and mix it 50/50% with Soil, in layers (like a Cake)
Drill a hole in the side of the containers & feed them megacrop 5-12-26 “321 method…”

Why? Well I want the growth Hempys give & I want the soil microbes (like with organic gardening) So I believe that doing this will allow the plants roots to stay Moist, not wet always, while feeding every 2days brings more air into the root system… The soil will hold microscopic life from the Worm Bin & they will also want to live in the Orchid mix, because it’s porus & damp.

I believe that this mixture will allow fast water movement, optimal air flow & maintain moisture throughout the media… the frequent nutrients will also help I’m sure. So hope this all works out lol

Not sure how your all storeing your seeds? But I find these Cryogenic tubes wonderful…

I’ve labled the side & top of each tube, then made a master list on PC. Always back up your list, cause if you loose it, you have zero idea of what’s what. I do it this way so I can reuse the same vile repeatedly with different strains.
Also I find that if you only lable just the lid or tube alone, it’s very possible to mess up and switch the bottle/lid with the wrong strain by mistake, I’ve almost done this myself. Hence the lableing

I use those. I also slip a piece of thin paper with the cross inside the tube. I do need to keep a master list though.

That’s a great idea :bulb::+1: that way if I’ve lost the master list, it’s no big deal

I think its crazy how dark the green is on OrangeGrove compared to the others.

Do you think its genitcs? Or the No Till Nutrients set up I put them in?

I would say both, I find that my water program and environment contributes huge to my volour but only if it’s in the genetics. I’ve grown clones from the same mother, some indoor getting my indoor fert and water regiment and and some from the same mother outdoor which get substantially less nutes and all natural light and climate and the ones outdoors were bright green all the way through and the ones indoors went really dark. Just bro science though, my own observations

Looking at @JustSumTomatoes pics I’d say it’s genetics, definitely doesn’t look like a N toxicity… they look really happy
