I grilled yesterday even during the rain after the hot ass temperature…it cooled down after it got cloudy…
I forgot to spray the grates before I grilled the Tilapia thats why the skin stuck to it…nevertheless it was still perfectly cooked…I also put a lone hot dog on the grill.
