Yup, those look great!
Woof, woof…nice bark, lol!
I did ribs myself yesterday in my garage…just cuz it’s winter doesn’t mean I can’t cook on my grills/smokers.
Last week’s cookout when I was in Chicago
I should be following you around just for the food you make.
Yeah his user name says it all lol
Warm enough today to fire up the grill for some meat on the sticks…gonna be in the close 50’s for the next few days
If I knew where you lived I’d be right over . Those look so tasty.
Another nice day for grilling…I’m loving these nice warm winter days…
Used the outdoor burner this weekend to make a big ass batch of authentic South Louisiana gumbo. Smoked sausage from rabideaux’s and best stop, ducks that I shot went in the pot along w some chicken and smoked turkey. NO TOMATOES IN MY GUMBO!
Sorry, no pics. Wife made me make it outside bc it smells up the house for a good week. You’ll go to put some clean clothes on and 5 days later still smell like gumbo. Weather was great on Sunday for some outdoor cooking!
That’s awesome, I wish I could get legit whole calamari here. All they have in the store is frozen cut squid. I remember buying them whole years ago and pulling the thin backbone (not really a backbone) out of the head. You can actually paper cut your fingers on those things.
Asian markets frozen…you will not find these at Walmart…
Grilling in Chicago before the big game…it’s in the 50’s today…I also think it’s gonna be in the 60’s on Wednesday…grill on folks, got to take advantage of these warm winter days…
Drumsticks for the Super Bowl, half lemon pepper, half Teriyaki.
I also made guacamole, a pitcher of margaritas (from scratch: tequila, Cointreau, fresh squeezed lime juice, agave, and salt), and a blackberry cobbler for dessert.
