Top layer just starting to dry out a bit so they got their first watering today, full saturation in their containers, excess dumped off after 5 minutes are given to soak up what they can. Aim here is to keep soil moist, but not wet. Plain tap, unaltered. Ph is 7 something. Does not cause me issues.
Is it just the light or are some a little more bluish green than the other?
12 and 9 to me both have a dark color to the cotes.
Edit: not a dark excess nitrogen look but coloring. I was calling it purple but blue works just as good it’s prob a purple blue mix of some sort. Just gave em a good look over and to me they all look standard range of green except 9 and 12.
Took some pictures. Everybody nice and perky, taking first soaking well.
Man… those are some happy plants… you can tell by those pics! Thanks for sharing:boom:
Look at those babies go!
Giving them their first taste of darkness tonight, 5 hours. Trying to get them to stretch a bit for clearance over pot edges. Short little suckers are starting to bump the sides.
@Eagles009 , Where did you get your wee fabric starter- pots from .?
I think it’s my next new starting ‘pot’ for my seedlings .?!
That’s a nice bunch of baby- pinkles’ you have there … good luck with this run .!
Any info on these appreciated …
Happy growing mate ,

I bought these

I am very pleased…with the larger size. The 100 smaller ones are way too small to be useful, imho. So I will be trying a SLIGHTLY larger size (than the bigger ones) next time I purchase some.
And thank you!
1 week milestone! . So it would seem I pissed off all my seedlings with the blurple (mildly). I’ve had this light closer in the past, that was in an open space though. Even though it’s not a highly reflective box it seems to make a pretty big difference. Plants were lowered a bit. Pot up in a week probably. Roots already coming out the bottom of all. The younger four were always positioned a little lower than the older 8.
Healthy looking seedlings sure seem to be liking there treatment your giving them .
Ooooh baby! Lookin dang good @Eagles009 - you’re taking nice care of those sweet little babies!
Nice work!
Thanks guys! I’ll try and keep em green.
Looking forward to following along on this one!
Glad to have you along! Should get a little more interesting in the next couple weeks. Seedling stage tests my patience.
Day nine. It finally occurred to me to put them in numerical order in the tray and take the pictures in order. So from now on they will be displayed in order by plant number.
You take so many detailed photos man. If someone ever asks me how their plant should look at a certain day I’m directing them here. Keep it up brother!
Ty for the kind words friend! I’m just happy to have not embarrassed myself thus far
For real. I love the frequency of photos you post @Eagles009
You can really see the changes.
All beautiful but 2 and 3 looks promising
