I have several plants ready to go when the frost danger is over - north of 45. I have been reading however, that transplanting to the outside could shock the plants to blooming. I have not had the problem in the past. But just to avoid it, how do I avoid the bright light triggering flowering?

It’s the amount of light hours in a day, a photo will be able to recognize a couple minute gain or drop per day. So if u veg in 18/6 and throw outside in 14/10 it’s gonna see a drastic difference and think season is coming to an end to trigger flower. Typically u wanna try to take a few weeks to slowly pull back ur light hours to match whats outside then harden off by putting out in direct sunlight each day in small to larger increments like start with 2 then 4 then 6 till they are in their final place after about 2 weeks. I killed some autos on this last run not hardening off and after 4 days they wilted over and died

As always, thank you for the input. It will help me getting the output I want.
