Possible Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) ?!?!

I noticed one of my plants had some weird leaf symptoms but I kinda brushed it off as neglect (i had neglected the garden for a week or 2 and all plants were wilted and were in pretty bad shape) but the other plants have recovered fairly well and this one not so much. It has lots of twisted tips and the affected leaves seem to be all over the plant. It also has been growing a bit slower than it’s sisters which apparently is another sign of TMV… I’m probably going to cull this plant regardless as it’s wasting space time and money and if it is TMV i don’t want it infecting my other plants. Has anyone had experience with this virus and do these symptoms resemble it?

edit: sorry for the poor picture quality, i was holding a CFL with one hand and a big tablet in the other and trying to tap to focus with my nose …

It looks like high ph to me. It would be very unlikely to be mosaic.

thanks! after reading a bit more on forums it sounded like lots of people with these symptoms tested negative using the agdia TMV testing strips, actually i couldn’t find one positive. it also has not spread to the plant beside it despite the leaves being in constant contact for weeks. i did water with un-ph’d water a couple times recently and my tap water comes out 7-7.5 maybe it’s just more sensitive than my other plants… will keep a close eye on it

7 is way to high u can lock Cali mag out at that ph

this damn plant is still giving me problems. it’s not ph or pests so i’m not sure anymore but it’s not transfering to other plants. there’s leaves like this all over the plant twisted and only half of a blade being discolored etc. i’m going to give plain ph adjusted water for a while i guess and see what happens.
