Powdery mildew question

I’ve eyed those AirROS machines a few times. They look nice! How much do they run if you don’t mind me asking? I’m guessing multiple thousands…

How did you do the application? Two sprays definitely kills it off unless you are bringing in new infected plant material in the form of clones. It’s not survivable.

I did use the micronized sulfur twice left residue but the time I’m in the 3rd week of flower, this starts popping up in the worst spots,I’m sure it killed it off for a couple weeks but maybe got reintroduced somehow, like you said,I just tossed the plant

Make sure you give them a good soak down in veg when they are small. Really coat the plants! It regenerates from downed plant material. You can make edibles and that won’t hurt you. The mildew is not good to smoke. I always just toss it! That’s what I was doing in the mildew trials. I would toss the plants when I saw I was entering bloom with mildew, and start over with clones. Once I had killed it off with some sulfur spray, then I completed the bloom cycle. I had tried so many things it was nuts.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.

The unit ran me about $3,000 CAD, so about $2,100 USD. Well worth the money.

That’s actually not too bad!

I saw that it also puts out ozone. Do you know what type of levels? Are they safe to use in residential spaces?

Do you ever get buds that smell like sulfur? and how long after 2nd application can I start flower?

Right away! The buds that form aren’t exposed to the sulfur, and that stuff is pretty much permanent on the leaf when it dries. Never spray after bloom because it’ll taste like gun powder, except if you are just making seeds. It won’t affect the seed making process.

I tried sulphur and a couple of my small plants didn’t like it. I’m just trying the safers 3 in 1 . Supposed to work well.

You didnt spray it with any other things like a foliar feed or Dr zymes or anything else but the sulpher did you? What was the concentration of Sulpher you used? When using sulpher make sure you wash it off real good after a couple days if you have to spray they will go all corkscrew twisty if you dont sometimes and get all pissy about it and throw a tantrum like a toddler.Sulpher at about a tablespoon a gallon is the max even a teaspoon a gallon is enough to moderate i use that shit like Siracha i put it on everything and i havent seen one plant get bent other than when i double dipped sulpher and a spray of something else.Might have a sensitive plant anything’s possible like that just my two cents always at nighttime or dusk out of the lights no photosensitivity issues

Wait your post I thought said to wait 2 weeks and you said 2 tblspoons a liter? And do you have to wash the sulfur back off? So after the treatment I can start flower right away?

Keep it free of any other Pm introduction after the two week quarantine you dont have to wash off i just do it twords flowertime right before the flip because i finish them off with Dr Zymes and it dont jive with sulpher like at all Zymes can be used till time of harvest unlike sulpher unless your into Fart weed that sulpher will taste like ass dont do that.I use sulpher up until flip because its a hell of a lot cheaper than Dr Zymes i use the Zymes as a IPM as a little helper

Don’t use within 30 days of an oil based application, it has to be washed off first. Then you can apply the sulfur, or else you will burn holes in the plant. 1 tablespoon 90%+ sulfur dust in a liter of water, spray on once and then again 14 days later. Start bloom after. Never apply in bloom, unless you are just making seeds.
Don’t wash the sulfur off after, let it dry on there.
