Grind my own, usually Walmart eight o’clock coffee beans.
Pour overs are better than French Press’ IMO, it’s usually filtered better and there’s usually less if any residual “mud”. I hated French Press for that “mud”. I can feel my kidneys grinding when I drink French Press coffee
Definitely cold brew, you can start with 1.5x the amount of coffee in a cold brew bag, and test the number of hours you brew it in your fridge from 12-24 to get an idea how you like it
Once you get an idea of the timing, you can also test variations on the amount (plus some timing variations to fine-tune it) to really dial it in. Or just buy some of this, it’s fuego
Stok was the beginning of our cold brew journey. That stuff is smooooooth.
I prefer to buy it in the nearest coffee shop

Thanks a lot! I’m a huge fan of coffee and can’t live a day without it, to be honest. Right now, I’m checking out the new Cimbali S20 coffee machine. I’ve heard great things about its quality and features, especially when it comes to making a perfect espresso. Has anyone had any experience with it? I’d love to hear your thoughts on its performance, ease of use, and any tips for getting the best out of it
Seems over kill.
