Seed Run Co-op: SpeesCees Santa Maria Planck IBL

What I was saying is if you want seeds sign up for the preservation runs…while I do not mind sending seeds to some people and have offered them to people publicly it is not an invite for everyone to come to my inbox asking and honestly if you were stateside I would gladly send you something but Serbia is not as simple as putting a stamp on a envelope as you suggest it involves customs forms and extra bullshit last time I sent out of country it cost me 20 dollars. Hope you find what you are looking for like I said though sign up for some preservation runs this is one here go to the top and give it a good read through
Best of luck

I’m going to put that growth spurt on lockdown! It ain’t going nowhere. But up and out!
I think I might be starting to get organics to work for me. If I can just make it work for me like D.W.C. BUBBLES DID!

It takes a little while to get some water soaked into it so it sinks. But it makes a wonderful sun tea. I would powder it up, mixed with super dry horseshit as well. I top dressed with it, I made teas with it, I dug trenches and laid couple inches in the bottom of the trench with it… great stuff. Craziest growth I’ve ever seen in my life. Durban grew 6 feet in 5 weeks!

I’ve started seeds in-vitro before. I killed them when I tried to take explants from them for multiplication, but they all popped. :vulcan_salute:

Test tube babies? Is it true you only need one cell in a seed to be alive for growth to occur? Could you put many seeds in one tube? I bought a kit and never used it. I don’t have it now. It seemed a bit daunting with all the cleanliness and sterility. How did you like it?

Cow shit and horse shit are really good and have large numbers of microbes. I’m collecting a little chicken shit but it’s hot. Gotta wait on it a while. We have lots of horses and cows around and I’m gonna pick up a load of each pretty soon.

I’ve expanded the little grow room.
Topped the big one.
Put it 12/12 on the night of the 25th.
Lost a sun leaf on the topping.
Do some painting tomorrow in grow room. Going to germinate a cple more . think I can keep alive now. I know what I’ve done wrong. And think I know how to handle the so sensitive little seedlings now. I’ll clone the big one so it will be here when needed.

I don’t know what kind of climate you’re in, but when I was collecting The Horse and Cow Patties, they were in open-range scenario, the horses actually being Wild. Real real dry climate. All the patties were super dry and probably (guessing) over 2 years old. It was quite a lot like adding alfalfa meal with microbes. Wonderful stuff. I can never replicate that in New York state. The turds get washed away and eaten by the worms before they get to that stage. On another note I signed myself up on this list! I’m really excited about that. My computer skills have reached a new level!

Yep, plants from test tubes, (there’s an excellent book on tissue culture by that name). In theory one cell is all you need, but I think it’d be hard to pull off for the home enthusiast, you really need something a little more live than that.

You can put multiple seeds in one tube. Normally you don’t want to do that because it increases your risk of cross contamination, but surface sterilizing seeds is easier than sterilizing plant tissue so there’s less of a chance of contamination.

I have some Hawaiian Hashbud seeds I got from RSC that have about a 50% germ rate. Earlier today, I poured 14 tubes of germination media, and I’m gonna see if I can get them to pop in vitro.
