Thanks for bringing that up. You’re right and I totally agree with you while also agree with the other folks about 1 top level shipper sends to other shippers. I also really want to mitigate my own exposure and not ship internationally with customs declarations and IDs and all that. I would rather ship to perhaps 2 US people who are OK with then doing the shipping to the international folks, kinda like @zephyr said, but perhaps structured a little different.
I don’t want to throw a wrench in the discussion, but what if all North American seed makers ship to two top level shippers in the US, then if seeds get lost at one top level distributor for any reason, the other will still have the same shipment and be able to at least send to the list of Regulars if the two lists of level 2 and level 3 members are the same size. Or something like that.
@Worcestershire_Farms I spoke to MOTR back in July about this and she said I could ship to her and she could send to the international folks. That’s why, when @SCJedi noted issues with that plan, I threw the flag on the field. I’m fine with one person, but as we’ve seen here, two’s better. 
Would you be willing to be the 2nd person going forward, to perhaps share with Sebring? Perhaps we can get a list of alternates going so they can step in as needed?
