White out tends to flake off once it dries and the paper is handled. Better to “black it out” w a thick black sharpie marker.

My rule of thumb is stay out of the kings view. The king doesn’t like it when you counterfeit his stuff and start taking a cut of his pie.

No I just cut off the stamps and re use them, sounds like to much work and might attract attention.

Personally I don’t reuse stamps. I can almost see them using a stamp on them that you can only see under uv light, lol. I try not to screw with the feds.
