I noticed today that seedfinder.eu has a new interface. What do y’all think about it?
Been using seedfinder for a long time. The interface had become a bit antiquated, but it was comfortably familiar. Can’t decide if I like the new interface.

Yikes. I definitely don’t like it. The old layout might have been slightly archaic, but it was so easy to navigate with more info on the pages. I also really don’t like the family tree now.
I agree. I haven’t looked on PC to see how it scales, but 99.9% I’m looking on my phone. It’s awkward on the phone.
I don’t think the change is an improvement, IMHO. Unless they’re going to make something better, why invest the time and effort to change it?
Having to scroll through thousands of varieties to find what you want is bad. The old page had each letter divided into subgroups, so much better.
been using them since the “total # of strains” 17,000 now in the 100 of thousands It’s going to take time to get used to. use this when checking strains to grow, ect Also GrowDaries.com is another good sites to check out grow journals. 3rd is Leafy.com but don’t use it very much

Yeah, it totally threw me off when I pulled it up this morning. I’ve been using the old interface for so long, its familiarity was like a rock in the storm. Years ago, I used to spend hours looking around on there.
No joke! As a developer that lives in dark mode:

and doesn’t look like my login is working anymore either
I have my browser set to dark mode, so it looks like dark mode on my phone.

Wtf have they been smoking at seedfinder??when did they come up with this nonsense? yes it was old school but always found myself using them and it’s was fucking legendary… new one isn’t modern, isn’t cool, isn’t better in any way or form, someone call someone asap 
Okay… Sorry, have to admit, one gets used to it but the family tree still weird vertically

@Tracker Just ask him to look at this thread. I mean the new design is horrendous in every way 
I’ve communicated with seedfinder several times in the past. He’s always been friendly and responsive. I think it’s realistic to say he will consider suggestions.
