Seedlings and size of pots

So okay guys, what mix should be with seedlings? And whats in second pots ? Sorry for asking twice im newbie at this thing, so its dificult to understand whats organic and whats not

For starting seeds or into veg or into flower? Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. I start seeds in Rockwool then move them to a fox farms happy frog garbage that i add some light amendments to. grow in there for a few weeks, then move to larger pots and finish flowering in a hotter mix of soil. No chemical nutes.

Thank you ryasco, i read about , promix verticulite and perlite mix is this mix okay in all stages?

If that is the soilless mix it has no fertilizer so you must provide everything the plant needs. It is good for any stage.
