We had 7 desirable plants show out of a little over 1000 plants. We found what we were looking for.
Freakshow(Humboldt’19) but now in Automatic form, which at F7 or so. now.

Checking for herm is simple.
Give them heat stress and you will see if the plant is herm.

If you already know about this, then enlighten us rather than just stand on your pedestal of knowledge looking down on us. It’s situations like this that made it so OP didn’t know it was common knowledge. Rather than post it in an easily accessible spot for the world to share and make it common knowledge, it appears you think everyone should have to already know what they’re in search of ahead of time so they can Google it???

Nope, but before you start threads inform yourself, because in the end that helps the discussion way more than opening a thread with a title straight from the Bild Newspaper.
In order to have a discussion one needs to be informed, otherwise it’s more like a lecture.
For example, why does Shabud says that he doesn’t and also would not recommend smoking the male sprayed with Florell / Etephone because it’s highly toxic, while Sam the Skunkman says that It should be safe to consume because the florell / etephone should transform / convert to Ethelyn.
Maybe talk about how it transforms, because you sure as hell are not going to get a genuine looking female like it’s the case with female reversals.
Maybe talk about both the quotes from Nevil and Sam regarding YY.
There would be really interesting stuff to discuss but you need to be informed first. But sure instead let us circle jerk and hype shanti.

I see that from my perspective.
So we could discuss that - because its so old, is it to old, is it still valid? for that this thread was for.
Thats i wanted to ask you guys, that have more experience, to learn and step my game up.

I’m going with insufficient evidence that it’s safe to smoke, so I’m not smoking.
Also, there’s another school of thought about male selection. At least I’ve had the thought-I don’t know if it’s an actual school.
I select for health and vigor. I guess if I was seeking loudness or odors and need more reasons to cull, I’ll do stem rubs.
Then pollinate the selected female(s) with several males instead of just one. My point being that there wouldn’t be a need to reverse a male to smoke it.
But you can always reverse a male and have it lab-tested… Or reverse a male and make seeds to test.

No. Take any monoecious hemp line and stick it in a field for a few years and when you come back you’ll have a field of dioecious plants.
