If you are not going to use it for some time I would just freeze it in an airtight container like a mason jar.

I like to mix it with a little corn starch, some people prefer flour, before freezing. Some people keep it pure. Also, i make several smaller packets, so if i need one, i can take it 1 out and keep the others frozen. I do that so that if there’s any degradation due to defrosting and refreezing, it won’t affect all of the pollen.

I don’t mix my pollen but I have to say the splitting into smaller packages is a great idea.
