Stacked Mother Lode . 2022 . The Genesis

Me too now, thanks for the reminder!!!

I’ve never been so excited to grow plants before.
I love my life!

OK, so we’ve got about 8 sprouts going.
That’s a great number, infinity symbol but erect.
Abundance!

So, from what I’ve observed in the last couple of years, the most vigorious ones are gonna overshadow the slowest sprouts and they’ll simply slow down a lot or stop growing altogether.
So long as I keep the top soil dry to keep the gnats away they’ll stay alive.
Then after defoliation / pruning / harvest they’ll receive more light and take off and mature.

That’s what’s been happening with my basil and bell pepper sprouts.
Some might die, but those are the weak ones, and that’s proper natural selection.
This way you always get the strongest plants.
Easy.

Are those Afghan farmers I hear cheering in the distance?

WE PROCEED WITH CONFIDENCE

One day that blue pot is gonna crack open like an egg.
That day will be a glorious day.

Have an amazing full moon every single one of you!

Now I’m thinking… topping produces more leaves and stems… it doesn’t make any sense.
All this energy that’s NOT going to the flowers.

Definitely gonna turn them into spearheads!

Topping basil on the other hand, makes total sense, the more leaves the better!

What I’m gonna do when a male shows up.

First of all, orgy with the females ofcourse, kissy face all around!
Second, a joyful snip, off with its head!
Third, upside down in a brown paper bag for pollen collection.
Fourth, give away! Winner gets the entire brown bag (plant material removed ofcourse), folded, taped shut, enveloped and off it goes!

All eight sprouts are still standing and I see new growth every day!

Everyone with no-till beds, water them from the bottom and water less, and you’ll have zero problems with gnats.

The bottoms of most tents are water proof anyway, just pour some water in there instead.
Or sit them in a low container.
If you don’t have a waterproof bottom and can’t be bothered with a container then you can put a watering pipe in the middle of your bed that goes down to about 1/3rd from the bottom or so and make sure you cover it with cloth and elastic.

You don’t even need to dig or anything, just jam it in there.

The water will flow down through the soil in the pipe, then once out the pipe it will get sucked upwards again and to all directions throughout the rest of the bed.

And water LESS.
Chill with that shit mang.
Be cool.

Eventually they won’t need any watering at all, or maybe once a month.

My top soil is pure dust.
And I have seedlings in there, going strong.

Every time you want to add water, jerk off instead.
You’re welcome.

Ok, rolly pollies are brutal.
One just ate the corpse of another one, almost its own size, in maybe 4 hours…

Cannablism.

From now on, no more watering, until one of them starts wilting.

Love it!

If I may, I will be popping in from time to time to see how this turns out.

You are very welcome to revel and join in the madness!

Today, again, I am flebberjested and standing in awe before my plants.
All 8 of them, every single one of them showing new growth every day.
Even the tiny tiny little one that lost one of its preleaves, it still managed to unfold its first set of leaves, AMAZING!!! That one’s gonna be extra potent!
My hair says yes.

If you’re wondering about the vetch laying down like that, when they first sprouted the light was obstructed by the blue pot so they had to surge and kept surging.

All of this is only getting 11 hours of light most of the time, there have been rare days of 12 and 13.
I don’t set alarms or anything, just looking at the clock when I turn the light on and set the intention for 11 hours, if I turn it off later then it’s divinely ordained!

Chunk of amethyst to provide some shadow, hold moisture and speed up decomposition.
I’ll add a few more stones later.
Good reason to go for a walk!

Thanks @BeagleZ for the idea!
