The first strong ones broke soil today. What a glorious joy!
Always a tremendous excitement when seeds sprout. Life goes on and on!!!
What a majestic mystery we are able to witness each and every day.
Grateful I am to the kind beings sending me seeds.
There’s two sprouts but the second one is very hard to spot.
Did a little research and turns out what I thought to be clover is actually common yellow woodsorrel, Oxalis stricta. Apparently not nitrogen fixing but it’s edible, so there’s that!
Also it keeps the microbes fed and busy, holds moisture and looks pretty.
I mean… heart shaped leaves!
Will probably refrain from topping this time just to see how fat the main colas will get.
Tthere is green and red creeping wood sorrel, I use it as a cover crop in a lot of my cacti, great indicator species for them. When the wood sorrel starts to wilt and die back it’s time to water the cacti.
The red is pretty valuable to chefs but it doesn’t ship well so it pretty much has to be grown and used immediately by the chef. It’s not very common because chefs generally can’t order it for their kitchen.
I really like how it shoots it’s seeds everywhere when ripe, very resilient species.
I’ll be following along here if you don’t mind, Glad to see them breaking ground already
It’s the red variety, very tough and hardy indeed!
Easily grew between the cracked grooves of the tiles of my terrace at my previous house.
I nearly got one of those flying seeds in my eye once, LOL.
You know what?
I’m gonna dump my entire stash of seeds in that fucking pot.
No more mindset of lack, from now on we are abundant in every way.
INTENTION
To let The Great Mother decide who and what.
To let any crosses happen that may, for they shall be the most benevolent and complete feeling crosses. Every single plant that is harvested from that soil shall have the most healing power ever known from a flower. May it heal any and all diseases in the Multiverses throughout eternity.
I thank everyone who sends me seeds, making this possible.
Confidence is everything.
Today I observed one sitting next to its shedded white skin.
It seemed like it was resting and recovering after the shedding.
Now 10 hours later I noticed it is eating the last remnants of the skin.
Very efficient creatures, nothing goes to waste!
On the left we have some very vigorious vetch for nitrogen, and a second one popping up out of frame, bursting through the thick layer of hairy mold easily, and it doesn’t even smell bad. This vetch I got from an organic farm is super tough. Haven’t had any of them die on me.
And a second cannabis sprout going for it!
Keeping the toplayer of the blue pot dry now.
When I want more seeds to pop I just add a little water.
Everything continues with effortless ease and joyous joy!
