Awesome thank you that’s what I thought moving humidifier in room now …is 50% better ?! Furnace was turned on TN soon it will be dry ! At 64 rh now
50-64 should be fine.
Progressing along. Have any opened?
@Emeraldgreen Yes about 10 percent have opened no noticeable pollen on leafs but both recipents have orange and wonky pistols . I have two 6 inch fans blowing on the male wich is in middle of the 2
Visual update coming this weekend!
Still do not see Any visible pollen !
Using the male plant as a stick I slapped him across the females a couple time …
noticed a bract of nanners fell off …that’s when I noticed some pollen
The reciepents
Group shot
Any input appreciated
Give it some time they look like they need some more time pollen sacks have yet to start opening. This is a good reason why I like to do the reversal first then grow the seed bearers.
Looks like it’s pollinated with the discolored pistols
I know I know I have heard this multiple times …deff would be easier just to have the pollen lmao !
I also dropped them down to 12/12
Oh i have been having them interact pretty good
But also could be from getting roughed up
I’m sticking with the glass is half full optimistic view
Love the energy bro !
Is it normal for the naners to be dying off !?
They will after time start to fall off. If that is starting to happen and no pollen had dropped, you might want to try again on another plant.
Oh boy it’s deff starring to happen and I don’t see alot of pollen ither …I wonder what happen
Hard to say, it sucks though.
Yeah that’s alot of time lol .I was told some reversed plants won’t drop pollen and that I have to dry out the flowers and grate them over the recpents or collect pollen that way …idk I’m at a loss I was smooshong the ones that fell off and there was indeed pollen in them
Well some pollen is better than no pollen.
I’ve been taking the pollen I see and rubbing it on the females lol …I am I process of collecting nanners gonna dry them out and see what happens …I’ve noticed the darker ones hold no pollen nor do the fresh nanners …deff a certain point where collection is prime
Tons of pollen sacks still left on the plant though
That Frankenstein that I reversed didn’t seem to be giving up a lot of pollen at first but the latter developing pods yielded better results.
Here’s hoping.
I dried some pollen sacks that I plucked off from the reversal…ground them down and separated the plant material the best I could then I applied the pollen to the recipents with a paintbrush…maybe to late may not …hopefully they produce noticeable amounts to collect soon …deff wasting away time at this point.
