It’s only secure if you use secret chats. It’s normal chat and group functions are not encrypted so they are even less secure than whatsapp. If you talk illegal stuff on any platform use codes nothing is 1000% secure

Yeah Telegram is followed by all law enforcement. Since the Capitol mob, they’ve been getting people off Telegram. Prosecutors mention that app a lot!
You can’t leave any sort of trail of conversation if you wouldn’t want it used against you. Face to face, I would think would be the only safe way.
I would say the internet is the most unsafe way to communicate if you were a criminal. The government created the internet (intranet).
