Well, I have some berry freak crosses I was thinking about sending in for the boxes, but after Loki and Jakes demeanors, I really am torn with sending them out. I have people on here I know and talk to I could send them to. It truly is a shame when the “leaders” of a place would rather block and cover up a hard discussion than try to deal with it, either in a public or private discourse.
As I’ve said, I’m disallusioned now, I want to get seeds in people’s hands so they grow them. It really is a moral quandary; help people get genetics that they otherwise wouldn’t aquire, while feeling unwelcome by the people who run the place.
Neither one has reached out or said a word since my 3 day ban, other than Loki removing a comment that I’ll own as being a violation of terms. They just want me quiet, so I’m fulfilling my obligations and then I’ll be out of their hair.

I hear you brother! I don’t blame you on the way you feel. Yes they could of welcomed you back which they should have done which is unprofessional. But they didnt. Don’t worry about the haters bud. Too many out there. Unfortunately some of this sites moderators have been acting unacoordinally to people especially you.
I don’t think this site will ever be right unless we can vote in and out moderators. This step should be inforced for a better overgrw. This is only my opinion and in America we have a right to free speech!

I don’t need a welcome back, but possibly a group chat where the loudest of us could all talk to them, or even where we could all call eachother jerkoffs and assholes with out fear of being banned, until some kind of peace or understanding was hammered out.
Maybe Lemmy joe will have something to say whenever he comes back.

Well I think the term “abuse of power” comes into play here. The US government system works pretty good… moderators need to be voted in and out when it comes down to it… we the people choose and run the government and officials. Not vis versa!!

I just couldn’t believe when they banned badger… that man brought so much to this place with his grows and experience. Then all he did was tell a staff member not to bring the past up and BAM he’s gone. Now that scares me. Now this site has everything he accomplished on here and will never delete his stuff because it’s good and draws in new members. But will put you on the curb and keep your stuff that made this site because of “abuse of power”

I agree with you both. I was telling Corey, this seems tobe taking place on the multiple other forums, that I am on as well. I had one of my journals on ilgm, get locked, title changed and only the things, that spelled out the problems, with proof, removed, responses from their own customer service, regarding their product. They tried to act like, I had no idea, what I was talking about and got worried, when far too many people knew/realized, that this was not my first rodeo. . That is why I only go there to check on a few people, that I care about, got a lot of em to come here, when I found this place. Now not too sure, that was a good idea. People have forgotten, how to agree, to disagree and move the EFF on. Just as far more see one thing and believe something else, when they are told something, far different than what they just saw. WTF. Now I may just be a dumb ol country boy but, we seem to have it figured out, much better than those with a bunch of letters, after their names

I was trying to go in on the Berry Freak with you but, you ended up getting them from someone/another grower, that you know, who had a pack, if I remember correctly.

I sincerely don’t understand why Badger has been suspended, have readen his latest posts and see nothing that could even bring to a one week ban 
. He was a valid and helpful member of this community. Have to do my duty now with Motz seeds but then I will reconsider, maybe we will have to use OG just for PM’s to keep in touch with friends using privnote to stay safe …

Have not been active on here lately so Badger suspension is new to me. WTF??? Personality clashes can happen, I just hope that those that moderate this site can keep the dissemination of knowledge and support of the overgrowers as primary mission and that we can get past minor (in the scope of our mission) disagreements and hurt feelings. Let us not chase our valuable assets (human beings) away! We have lost enough knowledgeable people for unknown reasons in the past year…

@badger getting a 1000 year ban for those few comments was simply a measure to install fear to try to strong arm members into compliance. Theirs no reason he should have recieved the ban he did. They simply were taking rage out on him as they grouped him with the other messages. Of course this is just my opinion and I hope I don’t pick up a ban for that opinion.

Great idea, despite what the mods say, if you go on the Discourse website and read the FAQ it says in plain text that all private messages are viewable to moderators as a security feature to prevent crimes like human trafficking, solicitation of minors, etc. etc., Which makes sense, but why the mods feel the need to lie about it is beyond me.
