I’m running a MH FC-6500. Runs 730W max out and is a “recreational” light when used in a 5x5, and “commercial” when in a 4x4.
It’s made a huge difference and I can hang right at the top of my tent and still get the right PPFD to the canopy. I stopped moving my light and just dim it with a PPFD meter in play.
My 2c is no matter what you get get something overpowered as you can always dim a light but you need more lights to add it!

I went bigger than I need in my veg cab but the benefit is I can flower in it too if I feel like it which I sometimes do.
I have an aglex k2000. Its my first grow with it, but so far I’m super happy
Amazon has a crazy sale on aglex lights right now too… Mine (k2000 aka k180) is on for $112 from $169.
The step up from mine is on sale for $189…of course, that one is 3.3’x6’ itself, lol
