We have a tow behind 45’ but he climbs the majority because of access .
he can smash out most spruce trees faster than most bucket crews .

Love it! Saw someone take down my neighbours tree in Halifax with spikes and the belt. Such a cool sight to see.

Nice! Love it, that’s a tall boy too ! I’ve been scared shiteless a couple times those monsters swaying , windy way up top end of day tired, chainsaw weighs 90 pounds by then lol. It’s fun though, exhilarating

We did one on First street last week then the maple next door to the pine on Monday then the pine.
We’ve done some 80’ pines in real tight spots and no room for error .

80 feet Is nutty! 65 was my highest! That was a shite my pants tree I won’t forget, dropped a limb, which caught my belt and loosened it, I almost fell back losing my spike hold, thank god I grabbed one of 2/3 limbs left and they held, tree swayed like a bastard then too! Nuts! It’s literally giving me anxiety thinking about it

mmm very nice! :100:  How’s the terps on her? :stuck_out_tongue:

Not sure , I’d have to get to the “Patch” to find out but time is a rare commodity .
I’ll ask my buddy for a description .
I wish that we had started this project months earlier but at least we have clones of everything and can get a smoke report to decide what to keep .
