They all take me this long for some reason. First they blamed an influx of growers due to Covid. Who knows what their excuse is now. I assume it’s just not enough staff working on it. That’s why I dug into the laws to make sure it didn’t matter. I just send my new prescription in a month before I expire and send it registered. Then call them before my expiry to make sure they have it. They log them all as they get them, they just don’t action them until they get to that part of the pile. Gives me peace of mind to verify it’s in their hands.

It’s all cool you ended up getting a 16/18 month licence when it should have been 12 only down side is your expiration date will be different .
