Agreed. I didnt want anyone to think I was shitting on the company. Hell, they had a giveaway on OG so they can’t be all bad. I am slightly disappointed but it could have happened anywhere and they did respond to me and offer somewhat of a solution. I imagine this is a cut throat business and i can’t even imagine all the shit they must deal with daily.
I still plan to pop this pack I won in this thread and hopefully report back that I got plants
