Times are Tuff. Bag Seed Grow

Dose this happen to you?
When I use my phone to take pictures under my Mars Hydro and some times my pictures look like I’m using a HPS.

Then other times like this.

Of course I have to post some trichomes action. I love this thing. I took a whole bud under @monkeyman 's suggestion. The bud above is the one under the scope.

You have no idea how much I’m happy about not having bugs in my tent. Well I guess you kinda do.

I gave my homeboy a sample of the Runtz plant because he is where I got the seed. He liked that but wait until he trys this. Smells sweet like lemon meringue pie!

The soil is used. And I didn’t recharge it. I figured I would just feed it my hydroponic nutes. This is not how I would like to run things if corse. Didnt have the money for new soil or anything to recharge it.
So the problem could be a number of things. I think the reason why I like hydroponics so much is I feel like I have more control of what’s going on. It’s has really been quite considerably easy for me. This will be my 3rd hydroponic run. The only reason why that one is in soil is because that plants sister was not growing to my liking. It practically topped itself. The second set of leaves grew together.

So I topped her.
Moved her to DWC. Her sister was doing alot better. So I took her into the tent instead. I gave the sister to my cousin. Ill post a picture later to show how she’s doing.
But thats odd that you are having the same problems. It can be frustrating not being able to find a solution.
If possible bring your Temps down to 75 when flowering. Sometimes heat could be a issue. But I’m sure you probably know this.

Is this due to light burn? I’m just wondering. Its not a problem. Just on a few leaves.

I suspect bug activity , take a look at one of my leaves that were infected with spider mites and then yours:

Trim them and have a look at the back, hope you won’t find them … :sunglasses:

You’re welcome, I had some sort of similar issue in my actual grow, just trimmed all the affected leaves and it was gone for good, just in case …

Nope she’s all clear. Im not to concerned. Just curious. She’s coming down in 10 days. Ready or not.
I’ve checked 5 leaves throughout. I found these little white spheres. They don’t move. I dont know if thats common because I just got the microscope.

Might have to zoom in to see what I’m talking about.

Maybe they are just white flies and the spots in the leaf just the sap they left after biting, do you have yellow sticky traps? That would help … :sunglasses:

I have a mix of different colored bulbs over my grow, and depending what angle or spot I take my pics from, the camera balances differently.
Same spot for the plant, but I moved

Get you some lady bugs, they will take care of the insect problem!

Yeah I figured it was the different types of diodes in my light. It was just a little aggravating when I was trying to take my picks.

Thanks @George. I will get sticky traps for my next grow. I will just do my normal deep clean of my tent and supplies after this 10 days are up.

@Tejas! Whats up man. Have you used lady bugs before? I’m afraid of getting em just to end up killing them. How many would you recommend for a 3x2? I would consider using them in the future. If you don’t have pests atm what do you feed them? Do they multiply? I dont mind killing bugs I dont like. But I don’t like killing stuff if I don’t have to.

You see bug eyes in your grow? I wouldn’t declare parasites until you can see their beady eyes and know they exist.

I agree, it looks like high pH to me…

Yeah looks deficient, not eaten. Could be pH.

Yes I have used them as I had spider mites in one of my plants in flower. I ordered them on A@@zon and got 750 for a 2’x4’ area. Some died but a good number survived, this was two weeks ago, but they took care of the spider mites and anything else crawling around.

Yeah my ph did drift down quite a bit while I was away for 3 days.
The bubblegum I did the last 2 times always drifted up. This plant its always drifts down. Is that an indication that something is wrong? I understand its always drifting one way.

It just occurred to me it would be wise to run clean water threw the pump I use for change outs. The stuff that could be growing in there. Ewww. Smh.
