L-theanine helps a bit for me.
I also have a notion that gut microbes play a part in things.
We have microbes in our brain too.
what if the gut microbes tell our brain microbes something is wrong.
Then the brain microbes tell our brains something is wrong.
The reason I say this is cause sometimes I get anxiety and there seems to be no reason for it.
I have since changed my diet, not completely but it has helped.
Think like in terms of a food craving.
Something is telling your brain you want ice cream.
What is the mechanism?
The science is there but no one is studying it, there is no money to be made.
