TopShelfs trees (Part 2)

I topped a hill on a long straight stretch on a 500 Honda that had been tweaked. I was cranking 105 mph when I caught a gust of wind head on. That front wheel came up a little. I kept pouring the coal to it because I knew if I didn’t I’d come down too hard. wobble at that speed would have been a very bad thing.
That was the last time I did anything crazy on two wheels. lol

That’s one thing I never really did much of, I mean we all did wheelies but I never tried nothing nuts like some of my buddies, I can picture that perfectly, it’s crazy at that speed what wind can too,( or gravel for that matter lol) it’s pretty great we’re all still here huh? Sheesh :unamused:

Ah nice, making some upgrades, or just reorganising the space?

Looking forward to seeing them! Hope you find something good in there!

I’m all good here, just getting used to that Dad life  week 4 now and he’s starting to recognise me I think. I swear he nearly smiled the other day haha
Life is good!

Hope you and family are keeping well too!

Oh they are so envious but it manifests as anger.

I never really did anything too crazy on my bikes with the exception of getting them in the first place.

I also once parked in that tiny little 3’ spot where the payment machine is at lakeshore park. It was the only spot available and I took it :joy:

Few upgrades, nothing special but I am building a clone/seedling shelf etc. I’ve wanted to for almost two years now , so I decided to build one. And I’m trying to add a bit more automation etc. and just get rid of clutter it became a place to toss stuff easily, ya no bueno.

I was just going to ask about the youngin, 4 months already! Holy crap, seems like I was just congratulating you the day you brought him home. Lol oh I bet he did smile, probably gas though  enjoy bro! These are the moments you’ll cherish down the road, take it all in .

Just going on 4 weeks  not even a month yet, it was gas hahaha

I’m jealous, I’ve always wanted a dedicated space for seedlings, clones, or revealing etc.
Ideally I’d like to have 3 separate areas at any one time. Best I’ve been able to do so far is a tent and a small cupboard space.

Our laws here just make it terrible though, if you have one 4x4 tent, you’re likely just going to get a caution and have your equipment confiscated.
But if you’re caught with 3 separate tents, even if it’s clearly because you’re keeping clones, or doing some selection/breeding, they’ll look at it more seriously. It’s a joke to be honest.

I’d love to have the chance to make crosses and keep the parents around long enough to do some line work and backcross etc.

Maybe somewhere down the line I’ll get the space and/or sensible laws

That’s pretty severe on the legal front. State or local laws?

It’s UK, so whole country.
Near where I used to live, there wasn’t any official leniency, but the regional police chief had basically said they wouldn’t prosecute for personal grows.
So that sort of allowed a bit of a grey area where people could grow and not live in fear.

Think that came to an end when he was replaced though. They went straight back to the war on drugs.

Seems crazy to me now. But tbch it was like that but worse here not long ago. Sad but true. Hopefully it all changes in the near future :crossed_fingers:t3:

Sorry that’s the deal there. Pretty draconian. Unless you’re being real stupid, or annoying someone with smells, noise, heavy traffic, they just don’t care. They are also staffed where they’re lucky to cover day to day stuff. The homeless crew I talk to never get rousted if they keep it out of sight, don’t do dumb shit like OD… Brown bags are ok, but no hard shit in public. As it should be.
I’m in what used to be a primarily commercial fishing and some tourism town. I fished besides working so my wife could stay home with the kids. Local fishing isn’t so lucrative anymore. Now it’s mostly tourists. Needs to look like a friendly place on the waterfront.
Just rattling my tongue again. Not much to do there but vote I guess? 8

To be honest, I’d you’re not make a fool of yourself or causing a problem, generally the police will turn a blind eye to cannabis use in public. Soclong as you’re not selling it or doing it in too busy a place.

It’s totally fucked over here for growing though.
The UK is one of the largest exporters of Cannabis in Europe and certain companies have licenses to grow it (no surprises, those companies are often linked to people in government ).
But even to grow hemp here you have to apply for a license :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: 🤦

Hell yea

I’ve only been growing a year & all my autocorrects are now cannabis related too lol

Hahaha. Autocorrect has never been more helpful. Don’t feel bad @Emeraldgreen I never got into any of that dangerous shit either. I always liked motorcycles though. My homie had his own shop and I liked hanging out there wrenching on shit with him. He got to the point where people would bring their bikes in to get fixed and the bill would be more than the bike was worth so people would just sign the bikes over to him. Shit was wild. He legit had 30 or 40 bikes at one point that he didn’t know what to do with. I floated the idea that we should do bolt on custom shit and sell them. We made some cool as fuck looking bikes, but we also didn’t really make any money off of them.

Just catching up here…that Rocky clip sure hits home. Sometimes i blame problems in life on others but I try not to, blame doesnt solve shit. Gotta keep in mind its about how hard you get hit and keep getting up.

Used to box friends, I’m a small dude. Had a giant 6’2 250lb buddy who I’d always go against bc no one else would and I could take the hits and keep going. I got him good once though on the chin, knocked him into the fence and he fell down stunned for a minute

Boxing a heavyweight somewhere with a fence instead of ropes… Intense. Number one thing they drilled into our heads as kids boxing was that there are weight classes for a reason. Haha

Ahh, the joy’s of two wheels! Id love the adrenaline rush.
I rode a little bit when I was younger. But I was way to into doing dumb shit. Riding wheelies at 90mph on I80 was soon to get me killed. Never had any close calls. Though I definitely ditched a lot of cops in Sacramento. Don’t know why they even tried. When your down in the city it was easy as turn, braaap, turn, braaap, turn, gone! Don’t know why they even tried, lol.
I kinda just grew out of it. Some days I really want one again. But I know it will bring out the adrenaline junky in me. And I have a family now. I guess maybe in another life.
