@HeadyBearAdventures congrats man! glad you have a set plan to help keep the funk out! Time for yourself is huge even if it’s spent in your tent lol. Personal time to decompress is very important for mental health in my experience. When it’s starts to slide and try to ignore it seems to make it worse. Anyways hope you keep seeing the brighter side of life
