TopShelfs trees (Part 2)

i actually bought a strap for that to help me try that when flared up, any stretching makes it sore but after awhile it feels better.

Something else to consider is you might not need to stretch out that butt muscle, you might need to strengthen it.

Raised clamshells is the one I was doing. Hurt side goes in the air.

ya i try all these but im so out of shape atm i dont last long. i def have weak hamstrings and my right glute doesnt fire up cause hip impingment takes over before the muscle. add weak abs and recipe for chronic pain, i need to get in the pool over the winter and just get a nice hour swim and stretch in the water daily,

Yeah I canā€™t knock that. I have a few muscle groups I use regularly for construction. Apparently that one particular butt muscle wasnā€™t one of them. I could barely hold the first one I did for the suggested 5 seconds. I really was asking myself what kind of bullshit is this :joy:

Lol I got back problems as well degrading disks, sciatica horrible. I want to try what they do to race horses. If they are hurt but not damaging hurt they pin fire the nerve. Shoot a hot needle right into the nerve and kill it no pain done. Itā€™s not ethical to do to animals especially since they got hurt racing to young and this is just covering up what can really do damage. Most race horses are 2yrs or younger once they get that bit of time they donā€™t care about the results later. Sorry lol anyways look up pin firing nerves I asked my doc about it apparently itā€™s " not humane" hell if itā€™s my choice to do to myself whatā€™s it matter. Now unwilling or misinformed is different.

Iā€™ve had my nerves burned by radio waves to try and help with some stenosis pain and nerve problems in my neck. It worked as well as the steroid injections did but was a good bit more uncomfortable for the procedure. It only lasted about 6 weeks so I didnā€™t try it again.

Thatā€™s what the clown at pain management wanted to do. Wasnā€™t interested in a ā€œpossibleā€ temporary fix? The guy doing that procedure locally was barely missing a blood splat on his coat. @FirstCavApache64 how do you deal with the sciatic pain? Back. Neck. Sciatic.
Good morning OG!

So I sent out a whack of letters maybe a week ago, and a bunch two weeks before that. I have heard of nothing showing up even stuff near by. So I contacted the post office, on Friday a postal inspector called me and said he thinks heā€™s gotten to the root of my problem. This morning I got a response stating that since they closed down my local PO (down the street) things have been up in the air with the pick up boxes in our area. They have been receiving complaints , dozens and dozens in the general area of 5 postal drop-off/pick -up boxes in my area. Apparently they were overlooked in redesignation and the mail within was not picked up at those locations for an entire month. Smh, nice! Only in Ontario , should never have closed it anyway, now the closest PO is a 15min drive :man_facepalming:t2: Iā€™m just glad they got it sorted as I thought we had a slimy thief in the system. But they need to do better. I wanted to freak out but I canā€™t really disclose whatā€™s inside so I opted to just say thank you :pray:t3:

Haha seriously though! Good call it wakes me up, why not my back too! :joy:

Holy smokes man. The postal system seems to be a garbage operation no matter where you go. I am glad you got that figured out though. Nothing like letting your imagination run wild in those kind of situations

EXACTLY! And thatā€™s what I started doing, been doing this many years now to almost perfectionā€¦. When like 23 letters are in the air and long ago should have landed I start envisioning a new addition or someone finally decided to see what the F is in all these envelopes?! But honestly I was impressed by the speed of the investigation etc. but I assume itā€™s only because they had dozens of complaints. Like how do you neglect an entire route :man_facepalming:t2: Iā€™m torn, I absolutely love the postal service here, my mailman is my homie, we share a beer here and there, I bless him with bags. Buy him Christmas presents, hell my last mail man used to just open the door, you in there Luc? Oh hey Charlii (she loved him too) heā€™d get free breakfasts, gift cards etc. and they have literally always been good to me.

Morning @TopShelfTrees1 . I start my day every day on the heating pad for a bit. Ease into my day. Have my 1st cup in bed with a cat or 2.

I have a nice massage/heater my chiropractor talked me into taking (ya he wanted the residual) I used to have that beside my bed for this reason in fact, wake up, throw it up against the pillows and chill. See my house is 5 floors (condo) and my bedroom is on the 4th, kitchen the second so itā€™s a lot of up and down. I need a coffee maker in my room. All I know is before Iā€™m 60 Iā€™m getting out of here (hopefully long before) as these stairs would kill me! The woman who lived here before actually made the living room her bedroom for this reason, I was told she never went upstairs to the top floor for the last year or so sadly.
