I wonder when that became a thing. I mean, trains have been around for a long time. My guess is it started about the time a penny didn’t mean crap anymore. I don’t think a lot of kids did that when 5 cents bought a stick of hard candy. lol

@MoBilly That’s a great question, I did a little reading and back when train was the way to travel, families waiting for the train would flatten coins as a momento and it was also done if a train was carrying a famous person. We used to lose 90% of the coins we left, I duct taped some once, don’t do that, the duct tape becomes part of the coin.

85 and i rebuilded the 355 3years ago set of camel hump heads edelbrock performer intake 4bbl holley 670cfm and a delta cam repro of the 327 @350hp camshaft
valves were not readjusted since bresk in and was starting to make a noise and performance wasnt were it was supose to be
now yesterday i got the valves set and no more ticking noise
but ive notice ignition issues so today is a timing day

And tomorrow is another issue lol. Sounds like a sweet setup man! I miss my project car so much. My daughter keeps harping me to get another one with tax refund money but her stipulations are its gonna have a sunroof, moonroof, convertible, or t-top. That girl loves to feel the wind in her hair!

Good morning guys! Well I’m quickly reminded why I don’t really drink anymore, ended up having to crash at my mentors brothers place. Now I feel like someone ran me through a washing machine. lol
Stupid torrential downpours altered the plans and we went to his place as he has huge gazebos and stuff like that. Saved the day but I wasn’t driving 1.5 hours home that’s for sure.
