I’m using a FitBit to at least track my own troubled sleep. I’m feeling sorry for the guy with my sleep pattern.
Wait, there is no pattern… (not registering actually being asleep for 2-3 hours after I Think/Feel, I’m sleeping)

I really should start using that feature on my watch, I bought a stupid gold band for my watch (small fortune) but it’s uncomfortable af to wear to bed, I gotta find the band that came with it .
I bet my sleep is not much better, I swear I rarely EVER REM sleep, ever

Good morning everyone. Coffee beautiful beaches are a great start. This lack of sleep thing is horrific to read. I’m definitely one of the people who needs solid sleep. Hope you all find a solid 8 hours sleep soon!

I have a niece that wants to smoke but two of the three times she has tried, she experienced panic attacks.
I know all three times she smoked it was a hybrid strain.
I’m thinking of growing some more pure indica for her to try. All my last run is ethereal now. lol
But what strain would you guys suggest for her? Just wondering. Dealing with depression and anxiety is something I’ve really only had to deal with the last couple of years. I’ve never felt anxious from smoking pot though.

Morning folks! Also @MoBilly i would try for a low thc high amber plant. I get panic attacks on some of my buddies plants but he likes to harvest early and get a touch of the racy effect. Or start her on low dose edibles.

Blue Dream is great for anxiety for me. Pre 98 Bubba Kush is very relaxing as well. Blue Dream is a sativa leaning hybrid but the effects are very happy and make me feel like I just got back from a nice beach vacation.

Yep I mailed out some stuff Saturday and they said the flat rate is good for 69 pounds at 70 the price changes.
