Ahhh, ya I’m not sure anymore but I think you are right, as people over here with charges etc. all had them dropped or expunged when legalization came, unless they really wanted you, then they found a loophole. But I’d imagine you’d be ok

They always ask me if I’ve ever been arrested, not convicted.

I’m sure my record was expunged from all my minor charges. I’m not sure on the last one though.

Stupid weed charges not allowing people to cross borders, what a joke. I get if you were smuggling kilos or something but possessions, or guys growing their own, such bs

I always stayed away from smuggling! Just figured I was not smart enough

I may have ventured into it a few times 
, but after 9/11 it got harder and harder until we just stopped , now they use crazy methods that cost big $. I can’t believe I never got popped for cultivation in the 14 years I operated underground, it’s crazy. Once I buried and stripped everything as I thought I was, but nothing happened. I learned to be less paranoid that year too. Smuggling is no joke. They really screw ya when you get one of those.

I had a few close calls I always trust my gut better to lose some moms and such then to lose my freedom
Only got cuffed once at that huge outdoor site when we were packaging stuff for the dispensary to grab off us but we all had 99 plant growers recommendations so I never got officially charged with anything luckily
I do have 2 possessions though one in California back in maybe 08 and one here in 2018
lol I just realized they get me once a decade !

It’s always nice to sleep in your own bed after a time away.
Yeah lots of sun. I siesta in the hottest part of the day and stay covered up most of the time but I still got some colour.
The weed was quite good too.
